Job description / Role

Employment: Full Time

We are a Training Center company based in Dubai, urgently looking for an innovative, smart and energetic Admin assistant who will be responsible for below:

- Answering and directing phone calls to relevant staff
- Scheduling and managing training bookings
- Ordering and taking stock of office supplies including inventory
- Greeting and directing visitors
- Preparing documents for meeting and business trips
- Writing and issuing emails to teams and departments on behalf of teams or senior staff
- Finding ways to improve the administrative process
- Coordinating with trainers regarding upcoming training and requirements
- Handling customer complaints if necessary
- Gathering learner's details, certificate applications, and printing.
- Admin works (filing documents, photocopying, scanning, etc)

Requirements

- At least 2 years experience in the same position
- Bachelor's degree in any relevant field
- Good command of spoken and written English
- Proficiency in Microsoft office
- Knowledge in managing social media posts is a plus
- Can join immediately
