Job description / Role
• Maintain an efficient and organized filing system for both physical and digital documents into databases, spreadsheets, and other systems making sure to verify and cross-reference information to ensure data integrity.
• Handle large volumes of data with attention to detail and accuracy.
• Assist with basic accounting tasks, such as recording expenses and receipts, reconcile financial records, resolve discrepancies, and generate basic financial reports as needed.
• Provide excellent customer service such as answer and direct phone calls, emails, and inquiries in a professional manner.
• Support various administrative functions such as coordination of appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements.

Salary: up to 3.8K AED all-inclusive depending on experience and qualifications

About the Client:
A Dubai based digital marketing platform expert in servicing both the sellers and buyers of luxury items.
Qualifications:
• Open to Filipino, Indian and Sri Lankan
• Female, 24-30 years old
• Minimum 4 years’ UAE experience
• Ability to multitask which includes admin filing, data entry, basic accounting, and customer service
• Have good English communication skills.
