Employment: Full Time

Our client, the world’s largest publicly traded international oil and gas company, is currently seeking to recruit an Admin Assistant(Bilingual-English/Arabic This position will be based in Abu Dhabi.

This is a contract staffing role under Manpower for a period of 12 months and (Renewable depending on company requirements and/or individual performance).

The responsibilities would include:
- Maintaining the calendar for the team/ scheduling their meeting as well.
- Maintains office supplies inventory by checking stock to determine inventory level; anticipating needed supplies; placing and expediting orders for supplies; verifying receipt of supplies.
- Requires strong computer skills.
- Flexibility, excellent interpersonal skills, project coordination experience, and the ability to work well with all levels of internal management and staff, as well as outside clients and vendors.
- Ability to translate document: English – Arabic / Arabic - English.
- File papers and documents – strong organization skills.
