Job description / Role

Employment: Full Time

• Company incorporation in all free zones and jurisdictions under the Ministry of Economy in UAE (Free Zone Establishment, LLC, IBC, Sole Establishment, Branch Incorporation, Subsidiary, etc.) and International
• License renewal of companies incorporated by us
• To manage and coordinate the overall process of company incorporation and license renewal local and international
• To prepare and manage the account opening documentation and forms, registers, and other relevant Company files, and reporting to management.
• To manage the tasks assigned effectively and courteously, inline with the Company policies and procedures.

Requirements

• Shall have an excellent command on IT literature, MS office applications (Word, Excel, Power Point) and professional business corresponding via e-mail (MS Outlook).
• Knowledge in Business Set Up
• Shall have excellent business communication skills both verbal and writing.
• Understand, and work towards, the goals and values of the company
• Recognize, explore and bring to the attention of management, opportunities and areas for future company development.
