Admin - Film Programming

Job description / Role

• Gather and compile all the required data in relation with film scheduling on a daily basis.
• Assist the program manager to gather film content like digital posters, trailers, e-slides, and all aspects of presentation in liaison with NEMOC, IT and marketing for cinema plasma screens.
• Communicate and coordinate with all the sites to ensure the accurate digital posters, film trailers and other approved content is being displayed.
• Maintain important films (2D,3D, Imax) data’s to assist program manager for accurate analysis.
• Assist and coordinate upon line manager instructions to deal with distributors offices, Cinemas, Nemoc and Marketing department related to any movie display materials.
• Preparing the trailer list.
• Monitor the ratings and duration of movies on the website.
• Preparing any others reports required by the line manager.

Salary:
AED 5,000 per month inclusive of fixed allowances.

Requirements

• 2-4 years of Admin experience
• High School or Bachelor’s Degree
• Strong IT Skills, with emphasis on Microsoft Office
• Proven track record in a support role within a fast paced, service based, environment.
• Excellent written, verbal and listening communication skills.
