Position Title: Admin Receptionist
Employment Type: Full Time
Salary: up to 10K AED all-inclusive, depending on experience and qualifications
Job Location: Dubai, UAE
About the Client:
A well-established holding company that has successful track of records in trading and tobacco manufacturing industry
Job Description:
• Responsible for all incoming and outgoing calls and transfer the lines to their respective destinations
• Receive and send mails by courier
• Maintain the meeting rooms allocations and distribute any office supplies & materials (as and when required)
• Arrange lunches for special meetings.
• Distribute telephone bills for personal call declarations; keep updated reporting on the track on personal call declarations.
• Responsible for other roles assigned such as admin tasks, legal works and processing of trade licenses and certifications
Requirements
Qualifications:
• Open to Arabic nationals
• Female, 30 years old and below
• At least 3 years of related work experience
• Must be knowledgeable in admin and legal works
• Immediate joiners will be prioritized
