Job description / Role

Employment: Full Time

This is an Outsourced Role with our Client. The candidate will be given a monthly renewable contract.

A global leader with diversified products is currently in search of an Administration Assistant.

The candidate will require to support as follow:
- Application of foreign visas for staff
- Application of airside passes for staff planning of team activities, purchasing of office supplies, raising Purchase Orders, scanning technical work packs, shipping and receiving of items
- Invoicing with Finance,
- Hotel Arrangements,
- To liaise with GE personnel on business platforms Support Central, Buy 2 Pay, GCRM & OneIDM to process workflows for Purchase Orders, Visas, NOC’s, Employee requests.
- Addition of new suppliers through business platform Aravo.
- Tracking employee passport & visa details, access cards to the EK facility, EK car park passes, tool box & equipment passes.
- Assist with projects in Materials, Billing & Quality within the On Wing Support team.

Requirements

- Aviation background. Should have worked in the Aviation Industry
- Should be Tech savvy
- Pro- active
- Flexible and able to handle pressure
- Work in a fast paced environment
- Good Admin and Secretarial Skills
