Job description / Role

Employment: Full Time

- Handling client inquiries.
- Preparing accurate, elaborate quotations and responding to RFQs.
- Following up on LPOs, legal agreements, payments from the client.
- Communicating project details to the Project Department.
- Preparing costing and invoices after the completion of the project.
- Preparing Bank/Government correspondence.

Requirements

- Excellent communication skills in English (both written and spoken).
- Advanced computer skills (in-depth knowledge of MS Office-Outlook,Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
- Outstanding customer service and follow-up skills.
- Head of numbers and good math skills.
- Extremely organized, precise and attentive to details.
- Ability to multitask and be time-efficient.
- Ability to take initiative and work with minimal guidance.
- With 5 to 7 years of experience in handling major responsibilities for active companies in the UAE.
