Job description / Role
Morgan McKinely is currently seeking an Administrator / Property Manager on behalf of one of our clients in Ras Al Khaimah.
Key Responsibilities:
- Management of all Administration duties
- Coordinating lease agreements - new/renewals
- Collecting payments - post dated cheques
- Facilities management
- Handling tenants' requests
- Coordinating maintenance of the buildings
The successful will also be managing real estate portfolios including residential and commercial buildings in coordination with nominated real estate agent companies.
Requirements
Bilingual - Arabic and English.
The successful candidate must come form the real estate industry.
Package:
- Basic salary: AED 13,000 per month (Including transport and phone)
- Two bedroom apartment in RAK
- Utilities: up to AED 750 per month upon submission of invoice
- Bonus: up to 1 month basic salary
- Schooling: 50% of registration, tuition and exams fees up to two children at RAK schools only paid upon submission of the original invoice.
