Job description / Role
Looking for a full time dynamic bilingual female team player that can handle administrative tasks and support in marketing, for a small company. We need someone with great interpersonal skills and creative!
Job Purpose:
- Provides office services by implementing administrative systems, procedures and policies, monitoring administrative and marketing projects.
- Responsible of reviewing and developing work flows, administrative procedures and monitoring administrative projects to ensure the maximum productivity
- Create and manage client’s Database
- Filling and managing company’s records
- Managing booking systems
- Handling clients enquiries, requests and follow-ups / client relations
- Assembling quotations and prepare proposals.
- Handle procurement
- Develop inventory control procedures and manage Inventory
- Collect and analyze clients’ feedback through questionnaire and direct contacts
- Prepares mailers and brochures by formatting content and graphics
- Social media maintenance and interaction
- Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
Requirements
Attention to details, team player , problem solving, social media skills, Organization, general marketing. Data Entry, Microsoft Office, Self-Development, databases, administrative systems, bilingual, driving license.
Preferably on father/husband's visa.
