Job description / Role

Employment: Full Time

Our client, a well-known and multinational company is currently looking to recruit an Administrative Assistant.

This is a contract staffing role under Manpower for a period of 6 months.

Purpose & Dimension: To perform administrative duties with technical or specialized content, operate specific computer processing systems and provide secretarial support to ensure the efficient day to day assistance to the management.

Accountabilities:
- Establish technical or financial documents, if necessary look for additional information required, check for completeness and accuracy in order to support the direct supervisor.
- Perform secretarial duties such as typing, filing, travel arrangements, etc. in order to ensure communication flow within and outside the department.
- Collect, consolidate and analyze data from different sources in order to prepare reports and statistics according to defined procedures.
- Respond to information requests, which require finding elements from various sources and prepare ad-hoc correspondence or report in order to meet the needs of the requestors.
- Handle contact with outside partners of the department, coordinate eventual corrective actions and settle problems according to procedures in order to meet internal and external business requirements.
- Prepare and edit all technical or business related presentations and submit the documents for review and final approval in order to meet the needs of the direct supervisor.
- Secure the execution of administrative duties during the direct supervisor's absence from the office in order to deliver the services required by the business.

Requirements

- College/University or Junior College/Professional School
- Work Experience: 1-5 years.
- English Fluent
- Good communication skills (English must be fluent)
- Some experience with an ERP system (SAP, Oracle etc.)
- Preferably on husband’s sponsorship (although not mandatory)
- Willingness to commit for the full 6 months
