Job description / Role
The Administrative Assistant will provide support to the management team and assist in daily office tasks. This role requires excellent communication and organizational skills, as well as the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
Responsibilities:
- Answer and direct phone calls
- Manage and organize office files and documents
- Prepare memos, correspondence, and reports
- Monitor and order office supplies
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail and packages
- Maintain and update company databases and records
- Provide general administrative support to the management team, including drafting emails and letters, taking meeting minutes, and handling confidential information.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field is preferred
- 1-3 years of experience in an administrative role
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PPT and Outlook)
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to maintain confidentiality
