Job description / Role
- Main areas of responsibility include secretarial, administration and basic project management.
- Secretarial responsibilities include such tasks as answering the phone, dealing with customer enquiries, and office administration.
- Administrative responsibilities include such tasks as filing, basic accounting, communicating & coordinating with 3rd parties vendors.
- Project management responsibilities include providing assistance to the project manager, liaising with clients and 3rd parties.
Requirements
Must be available immediately. Mandatory requirement: bachelors degree, excellent spoken and written English, customer service experience, complete proficiency in Microsoft Office (Powerpoint, Excel, Word), experience in administrative and preferably bookkeeping.
