Job description / Role

Employment: Full Time

- Greet all office guests in a professional and friendly manner.
- Answer all phone calls, screen or forward calls providing information, taking messages
- Ensure that all messages are communicated effectively
- Ensure that the reception area and meeting rooms are kept clean and tidy
- Manage stationery requirements
- Manage incoming and outgoing mail and couriers
- Provide daily support with the processing of all invoices

Requirements

- A minimum of 2 years in a similar role
- Excellent English communication skills are essential
- Good Microsoft Office skills
- Time management skills
- A team player with a positive attitude
- Willing to work 6 days a week
- Well groomed
