Job description / Role

Employment: Full Time

Our client works to assist new companies set up their business in RAK.

They ensure all the relevant documents and legal papers are submitted on time from companies on an international scale and work in partnership with the appropriate legal and government entities.

Often dealing with overseas clients the office needs to adapt a flexible approach with their timings to take in to consideration the different time zones of their clients

It is expected that the Senior role will also take on Office Management responsibilities and liaise with clients on a regular basis, where the Junior role will support the Manager with the day to day tasks and follow up.

Duties of the role will include:
- Meticulous attention to detail
- Able to liaise with people at all levels and of all nationalities
- Ensure that each case moves forward and is monitored regularly for progress
- Senior Administrator: Experience of managing a developing office with room for progression
- Junior Administrator: Able to offer full support to clients and the team to meet deadlines

Requirements

- Experience of company set up and the processes involved
- Able to work on own autonomy to ensure deadlines are met
- A professional outlook, able to manage expectations of all parties involved
- Commercially aware and able to keep up with changes in the law and requirements
- Excellent language, reading and writing skills in English (Arabic an advantage, but not essential)
- A strong work ethic and enthusiasm to progress as the business grows
- Full use of MS Office
