Job description / Role

Employment: Full Time

We are currently recruiting experienced Administrator. This is a great opportunity to join the fastest growing total security solutions provider in the UAE.

The successful candidate will be responsible to provide administrative support to operations and employees by implementing set systems, procedures and policies to meet the requirements and requests received.

Key Responsibilities:
- Preparing offer letters for the selected applicants and liaise with the all the vetting documents and mobilization process
- Scan all the relevant documents of the employees in the share drive and ensure the personal files are correctly maintained and checked on regular bases
- Work in close coordination with the Government Relation Officer (GRO) department in arranging medical and Emirates ID for the new and renewal visa
- Respond to all queries and complaints received from employees, handle grievances and ensure prompt responses are provided
- Prepare monthly reports, related to visa and passport expiry of the employees
- Maintain the health and safety rules in the work area

Requirements

- Minimum 1 year relevant work experience in HR or administration
- Diploma / Degree in any discipline form of a reputable university
- Excellent English communication skill (verbal and written), Arabic is an advantage
- Good interpersonal and problem solving skills
- Excellent computer knowledge
- Candidate with payroll experience will be given preference
