AED12000 Per Month Total Salary

On behalf of our client a multinational oil and gas equipment company that is based at JAFZA we are looking to recruit a Female Administrator. Reporting to the Director you will be responsible for all staff visa requirements including dealing with the JAFZA authorities in person, manning the reception desk, dealing with visitors and couriers, booking travel and hotels for staff members, collating monthly staff timesheets for submission to HR, submitting invoices and the ordering of stationary

Requirements

The successful candidate must be a resident of the UAE and have consistent UAE administration experience within a commercial company who are based at JAFZA, advanced knowledge of Ms Excel, fluency in English and a valid UAE driving licence.
