Job description / Role

Employment: Full Time

• Leasing renewal, marketing, dealing with clients
• Handling social media ads
• Finalizing paperwork managing the office, full responsibility of administration/operations
• Managing agreements
• Performing direct marketing of the company’s products and services
• Managing business center operational activities: from clients’ move-in to move-out procedures
• reporting all sales operations to the management
• Reporting on the sales activities to the management
• Assisting customers in the service operations and facilitating their questions
• Handling client complaints and offering the best solutions possible both for the company and the customers
• Administering and monitoring inbound marketing activities which include: Social Media and Company Website
• Negotiating and signing partnerships with local and as well as international office search brokers

Salary:
AED 6,000 to 8,000 per month inclusive of fixed allowances.

• Language Fluency: English & Arabic
