Job description / Role

Employment: Full Time

The position provides full administrative assistance in terms of R&L’s administrative management.

Receives and transmits large volume of requests by phone or physical documents related to registration & licensing functions of MO department.

Ability to:
- Proficiency in Switch Board operation
- Excellent administration of inbound and outbound call center services.
- Quality of work in terms of planning and organizing, attention to detail, problem solving and resource utilization.
- Teamwork, customer focus, and customer service excellence.
- Work ethics and values.
- Strong human and interpersonal skills.

Requirements

- 2 - 4 yrs related experience in administering call center services in maritime industry or a R&L Large or medium size industry.
- Experience as a call center associates
- Solid organizational and time management skills.
- Planning and project management.
- Excellent administrative skills.
- Positive outlook and clear focus on quality output and integrity.
- Experience in technical and user-related aspects of a personal computer environment.
- Over 2 yrs experience in all above processes
