UAE National - After Sales and Accessory Manager - AF Motors - After Sales

We are currently looking for an experienced After Sales and Accessory Manager to work within Al-Futtaim Motors After Sales Department. The After Sales Marketing and Accessory Manager is primarily responsible for after sales marketing activities at branch level, accessory sales for new vehicles sales and after sales at workshops. The role holder will be accountable for achieving sales & financial targets for both activities & to increase workshop visit flow in line with company budgeted targets.

The After Sales and Accessory Manager will also be responsible for increasing After Sales customer loyalty throughout all age groups through local quarterly campaigns and initiatives. The role holder will produce weekly and monthly reports on accessory sales and marketing activities and will track and appraise the management of competitors'' products, pricing and marketing activities. The After Sales and Accessory Manager will visit branches regularly to assist, train and initiate accessory sales and marketing initiatives.

Requirements

You will ideally hold a Bachelor's Degree in Auto/Mechanical Engineering or Business and will have a minimum of four years experience in a similar role or as an After Sales Manager. This role will involve an aspect of reporting and therefore you will have excellent mathematical and statistics skills with the ability to analyse and therefore identify areas of improvement.

Being fluent in English, you will have excellent communication skills and will have the ability to manage and effectively support staff where required. You will be able to work under pressure and deliver to tight time lines.
