After Sales Manager - AF Motors - After Sales - Al Ain

Due to recent expansion the Aftersales division of Al-Futtaim Motors Toyota is looking for an experienced Aftersales Manager to work in Al Ain. This role will report into the Regional Aftersales Manager and will have the responsibility of over more than 20 direct reports including Reception Manager, Service Advisors, Technicians and Parts Associates.

The purpose of this role is to develop the Aftersales business for Toyota vehicles and provide the highest possible standards in customer service, revenue and contribution to Key Performance Indicators. The Aftersales Manager is responsible for driving a highly motivated team to ensure a high level of customer service is maintained and the net profit performance on both parts and service revenue targets are met and exceeded.

The Aftersales Manager will actively promote excellent sales and aftersales synergy through identifying improvement areas. Using Kaizen Groups and Impact Planning to drive business development, the Aftersales Manager will promote a culture of "Fix it Right" methodology within the division.

Requirements

You will ideally hold a Bachelors Degree preferably within Logistics or Mechanical Engineering and will have at least seven years experience within the Automotive Aftersales Industry. You will have sound knowledge of the aftersales process and significant experience in people management. This role is highly customer focused and therefore it is a requirement that you have considerable experience within this area.

As this role is a managerial position you will have the ability to motivate, develop and lead a team to success. You will be able to build strategic working relationships and will have demonstrable experience of aligning performance for success.
