Job description / Role
A leading multinational automotive organization is seeking to recruit an Aftersales specialist. You will be directly reporting to the Senior Aftersales Manager
JOB PURPOSE: To support the parts and accessory business by analyzing current performance and implementing some countermeasures (full analysis possible for KSA and limited analysis for other branches)
KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES
- Monthly reporting collecting company’s KPI reports
- Performance Indicators
- On-time reporting
- KSA performance follow-up: Prepare monthly purchase report at commodity level and analyze the trend vs agreed targets and propose actions/countermeasures together with department head
Product Management:
- Accessory line-up revision/ maintenance in line with model year changes,
- Liaise with other regions to have the right merchandise in the region
- Develop accessory displays
- Introduction of accessory demo pack and displays
- Pricing: Conduct regional annual price surveys to advise the company on their prices
- Aftersales marketing: Map competitors and company's marketing activities (especially KSA) and make sure that they follow brand guidelines. Develop regional marketing activities together with IMEA Marketing department
Performance Indicator
- Close monitoring and sign-off company’s campaigns
- Conducting min 2 regional campaigns per year
Event support: provide IMEA marketing department with spare part/accessory support for drive- media events-photo shoots, liaise with the company to utilize their resources during the events
Communication & working relationship:
- Effective and cross-functional working needed with:
- Company’s AS management, Parts team, Sales team (for accessories and service products)
- Job holder collects market data, makes the needed analysis and has the authority to advise the company on the improvement action plans in most operational activities
Travel Requirements
- Frequent international travel
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree
- Minimum of 5 years automotive experience especially in areas parts- accessories product management
- MS office
- Excellent communication skills
- Preferably to have worked with another automotive manufacturer within the UAE
