Agile Delivery Lead - Employee Digital Experience

In your role as Agile Delivery Lead you be leading our Agile initiatives, ensuring seamless collaboration, and spearheading the delivery of cutting-edge digital solutions and lead the charge in transforming digital interactions for our internal users.

In this role, you will:

- Be responsible for guiding and supporting Agile practices, ensuring effective collaboration.
- Oversee the end-to-end delivery of projects, ensuring that they are completed on time, within scope, and in alignment with business goals.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive the successful delivery of projects, maintaining project timelines, mitigating risks, and ensuring the seamless execution of technology initiatives.
- Engage with various stakeholders across the organization to understand their needs and requirements.
- Actively participate in and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives within the Employee Digital Experience team.

Requirements

Qualifications & Experience
To be considered for this role, you must meet the below requirements:

Qualifications:
- Degree in Computer Science or similar.
- Certified Scrum master and PMI ACP (additional certifications such as PMI, Prince 2, CSM desirable) with 5+ years of practical application.

Knowledge/skills:
- Minimum 5+ years of experience in Information Technology.
- Must be well-versed in the use of tools of software delivery (MS Office suite, JIRA, Confluence).
- Have the ability to effectively communicate specialist information in an understandable format to all stakeholders, have accuracy, attention to detail, ability to be concise and demonstrates this through their work and project reporting.
- Experience in agile and waterfall delivery.
