Analyst - Business Excellence

Job description / Role

We at Al Tayer Group are looking for a dynamic, driven and analytical Business Analyst to contribute and support Planning and Business Excellence Department in delivery of strategic and operational business improvement projects across the Al Tayer Group.

As a Business Analyst you shall be developing detailed proposals and project charters including defining of scope, outlining the work to be performed, budgetary support, schedule and resources needed including but not limited to managing distributed tasks, research, data collection and cleansing, financial / statistical analysis, hypothesis testing, solutions development, process modelling, etc.

The role shall ensure timely execution of project tasks, while adhering to directions from BE Leads / Manager as well as project governance requirements, periodic status updates to project sponsors and key stakeholders and progress against actual plan. The Business Analyst will work closely with BE Lead / Manager for completion of all project tasks and secure sponsor approval to outcomes from project definition and planning through the implementation and project close out.

Requirements

As a Business Analyst, you will have a Bachelor's/ Master's Degree in Business Management along with 2-4 years relevant experience in business process improvement and would be beneficial to have Lean Six Sigma Green Belt or similar quality certifications.

You shall be a self-motivated, highly driven and analytical individual with excellent communication and

interpersonal skills bringing along high analytical and numerical ability and problem solving skills.
