Job description / Role
On behalf of our client a leading oil and gas trading company that is based in Dubai we are looking to recruit an Analyst- Mergers and Acquisitions. The successful applicant will be responsible for assisting financial analysis in the company's mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, strategic partnerships and investments. Develop financial models for company valuation including comparable company and transaction evaluations, discounted cash flows and buyout models, collaborate with the leadership team to develop compelling business strategies and pragmatic actions plans under-pinned by robust strategic, competitive and financial analysis, perform and synthesize research to be used in modeling, competitive analysis, industry analysis, negotiation support and various other applications, complete in depth assessments of core and adjacent markets including industry trends, value drivers, competitive positioning and help develop actionable strategies in chosen markets
Salary:
AED
30000
per month inclusive of fixed allowances.
Requirements
The successful candidate must be a resident of the UAE, be in receipt of an MBA and CFA certification, 4 years work experience in M&A as a Senior Analyst, experience in the technology sector would be advantageous, strong project management skills with strong financial modeling and analytical skills.
