Applications and Channels Manager

Job description / Role

We are working with one of the fastest growing banks in the Middle East as they look for an Applications and Channels Manager to join their team in Dubai. They are looking for UAE nationals with strong knowledge and experience in managing banking systems and digital solutions.

As an Applications and Channels Manager, you will:

- Manage and optimize various banking systems
- Assist in the development of new channel products and services
- Collaborate closely with internal/external partners and stakeholders
- Lead support analysts’ team; work with application and business analysts
- Perform business planning, analysis, and modelling for business solutions
- Act as subject matter expert and provide guidance on end-to-end design process development and other tech teams

Requirements

- UAE national
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Computer Science or similar fields
- At least 6 years of relevant experience in a similar capacity
- Strong Retail or Corporate banking experience, handling at least 1 business unit
- Strong in leadership, team management, problem solving, and analysis
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Technologies: Java, Microsoft
