Applications Developer

Job description / Role

• Development, maintenance and customization support to users on Applications.
• Development of day to day windows/web based Business applications.
• Establishing a detailed program specification through discussion with Users and clarifying what actions the program is intended to perform.
• Updating, correcting, modifying and developing existing software and generic applications.
• Development of critical updates and management report.
• Reacting to problems and correcting the program as necessary.
• Evaluating and increasing the program's effectiveness.
• Providing Support and maintenance of software and generic applications.
• Developing and conducting Integration Testing and User Acceptance Testing of complex system issues, upgrades and enhancements.
• Conduct programming and testing of application/software according to the design specification and installing the program into production.
• Providing user support on functional areas.
• Writing detailed documentation for the operation of the program by users and computer operators.
• Consulting manuals, periodicals and technical reports to learn new ways to develop programs and maintain existing skills and knowledge.

Salary:
AED 15,000 to 16,000 per month inclusive of fixed allowances.
