Applications Support Engineer - Cutting Edge Software .Net C# SQL Server

A market leading software specialist with international reach is looking for a bright and enthusiastic software application support engineer to join a growing office in Dubai.

The role will involve providing expert technical advice and product support to customers in the region. This also includes the diagnosis, analysis and trouble-shooting any issues that arise from the installation and use of the software products developed by the client.

Candidates will also be responsible for contributing to the product testing and documentation as required, in order to aid product configuration and continuous improvement.

Requirements

Successful candidates should hold a technical degree and should have relevant experience providing technical support to users/customers.

The products are built using the Microsoft .Net stack, and candidates should have good working knowledge of .Net, C#, and SQL Server technologies. Any further experience with other database technologies and ETL tools would be much appreciated.

Given the nature of the work being performed, candidates are required to be fluent in Arabic and are expected to have strong written and verbal skills in English.
