Job description / Role
A market leading software specialist with international reach is looking for an experienced and ambitious Applications Support Lead to take a senior role within the growing Dubai office.
This hands-on role will involve the day to day running of the small but growing applications support team, as well as taking responsibility for escalations and the overall service delivery for key clients in the region.
The team is also responsible for contributing to the product testing and documentation as required, in order to aid product configuration and continuous improvement.
Requirements
Successful candidates should hold a technical degree and should have relevant experience developing and coaching an applications support team, with a good track record of delivering technical support to a high standard of customer service.
The products are built using the Microsoft .Net stack, and candidates should have good working knowledge of .Net, C#, and SQL Server technologies. Any further experience with other database technologies and ETL tools would be much appreciated.
Given the nature of the work being performed, candidates are required to be fluent in Arabic and are expected to have strong written and verbal skills in English.
