Job description / Role
We are seeking a skilled and passionate Arabic Chef. The Arabic Chef will be responsible for preparing authentic Arabic dishes, managing kitchen operations, and ensuring the highest quality of food production.
Responsibilities:
• Prepare and cook a variety of Arabic dishes using traditional cooking methods and techniques.
• Ensure the use of high-quality, fresh ingredients in all culinary creations.
• Monitor and manage food inventory to minimize waste and maintain cost efficiency.
• Supervise kitchen staff and coordinate their activities to ensure smooth operations.
• Train kitchen staff in proper food preparation techniques, safety procedures, and sanitation standards.
• Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment, adhering to health and safety regulations.
• Monitor and maintain the quality of food products throughout the cooking process.
• Manage food costs by controlling portion sizes, minimizing waste, and negotiating with suppliers for the best prices on ingredients.
Salary:
AED
3,000 to 5,000
per month inclusive of fixed allowances.

Requirements
Qualifications:
• Proven experience as a Chef specializing in Arabic cuisine.
• In-depth knowledge of traditional Arabic cooking methods, ingredients, and flavors.
• Culinary degree or equivalent experience
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle pressure effectively.
• Knowledge of health and safety regulations and food hygiene practices.
