Responsibilities
- Answering the question of customers before they buy the toys.
- Confirm the orders by phone and prepare shipments.
- Tracking the shipments and followup with shipping companies.
- Handling the returns.
- Work closely with the team to oversee daily business operations
- Proactively recommend improvements to increase sales performance
- Monitor sales orders and supplier relations
- Attending to any correspondence and emails by customers, clients and contractors
- Keep updated on industry trends and consumer market
Requirements
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Experience in a business work environment preferred
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
- An eye for attention to detail
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to work sitting down in front of a computer for long hours every day
