Job description / Role
On behalf of our client a software solutions company that is based in Dubai, we are looking to recruit an Arabic speaking Performance Management Consultant. Reporting to the Principal Consultant you will be responsible for managing projects from implementation phase, data gathering, solution design development, deployment and training. You will be pivotal to the problem definition and discovery of the overall solution and guide teams on project processes and delivery and solution implementation, pre sales support, client account management and data management and analysis
Requirements
The successful candidate must be a resident of the UAE with a Bachelors Degree from an accredited university (An MBA is preferred) Have at least 3 years experience in consulting, program/project management, performance management and analytics would be an an added advantage. Experience in data systems, data systems management, data process flow and data warehousing is preferred, have the ability to understand and apply advanced analytical solutions in a different client context, be a self starter with highly skilled problem-solving abilities, have superb communication skills with the ability to communicate complex ideas clearly to people at all levels. Candidates who have worked with GCC government clients are also preferred for this role
