Arabic Speaking Country Manager - Measuring Instruments (m/f), Based in GCC
Our German client is a manufacturer of measuring instruments.
Your duties and responsibilities will include:
- General responsibility & management of sales unit
- Full P&L and HR responsibility
- Development of clients, portfolio and new markets
- Ensure and develop distribution channel
- Project Management within Middle East
- Interactive cooperation within global EPC project team
- Registration and approvals for the products
- Clarification of ideal application selection of products for the clients
- Implementation and controlling of country strategy by product segment
- Customer care and support of clients
- Generate quotations
- Generate pricing and stock strategy
- Implement accounting and order processing structure
- Plan, execute and follow-up exhibitions
Requirements
- University degree in Mechanical engineering
- Several years of working experience in an international enterprise in the Middle East
- Knowledge of the local market and business environment
- Network in the Oil and Gas industry within the GCC region and being already based in GCC
- Experience in German business culture would be an added value
- Fluency in English and Arabic language is required
- Strong management, leadership and team building skills
- Excellent presentation and negotiation skills
- Self-motivated and ability to motivate and coach employees
- Dynamic sales and marketing person
- Strong analytical skills and business intelligence
- Trustworthy and reliable person
- Confident and ambitious individual
- Hands-on mentality and pragmatic skills
- High precision in the style of working
- Willingness to travel within the GCC region
