General commercial contracts role at the junior level, chance to work no a wide range of contracts in order to assist the wider business.
Client Details
Consumer good business who manufacture goods locally and then distribute them globally. Good brand name and a strong presence across the whole UAE which they are now looking to develop and grow internationally. Following the arrival of a new CEO they are very much in growth mode.
Description
* Drafting and reviewing a range of contracts
* Reviewing the companies internal policies, as well as drafting them in some instances
* Representing the company in court where necessary
Job Offer
This is a key strategic hire so you will enjoy plenty of responsibility and scope for growth/progression. You will be working directly with the Head of Legal and will help the business through a critical period of expansion. Requirements
* Junior lawyer, up to 4/5 years of experience
* Strong grounding in the drafting and negotiation of commercial contracts
* Ideally fluent in Arabic as well as English
