Job description / Role
Our client is a one of the leading regional training organisation. They provide corporate training and development solutions and services across the Middle East and North Africa.
Due to growth they have an opportunity for an assistant to support the proposal manager with the day to day business needs of the department.
You will prepare proposal plans and analyze client requests (RFP, RFQ, RFI,) supporting the end-to-end proposal/RFP/presentation response process.
You will assist in providing technical writing, technical editing, production coordination, document management, and content development on proposal documentation to ensure they are accurate, well-written, and persuasive.
In addition to this you will create, accumulate and maintain resource materials including course outlines.
Requirements
To apply for this role you should have a background in learning and development and contract/ proposal development.
You must be an analytical thinker with good attention to detail and have the ability to handle multiple tasks.
Excellent written and spoken communication skills in Arabic and English are essential.
