Arabic Speaking Technical Trainer (m/f) for German Automotive Company
Our German client is a well-known player in the independent automotive aftermarket industry.
Your duties and responsibilities will include:
- Provide technical consultancy regarding customer inquiries for automotive products
- Observe the market and competitor activities linked to technical customer service
- Create and lead technical and product trainings for customers
- Involve in the evaluation of technical complaints
- Support technical marketing and promotion campaigns, trade fairs and dealer shows
- Visit workshops to arise brand awareness and offer technical support
- Undertake specific projects for Business Development
Requirements
- Mechanical Engineering degree or similar
- Several years of working experience in the automotive industry, preferably with training expertise
- Fluent Arabic and English language skills are required
- Valid UAE driving license required
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Team player attitude
- Target oriented decision maker
- Ability to work proactive
- Outgoing personality
- Willingness to travel within the GCC region
