Arabic Sr. Legal Consultant Up To 25k Aed for an International Law Firm in Dubai

- POSITION: Senior Legal Consultant
- SALARY: up to 25,000 AED all inclusive depending on experience and qualifications
- HIRING COMPANY: International Law Firm
- LOCATION: Dubai, UAE
- AVAILABILITY: Can join immediately (max 1 month)
- EMPLOYMENT TYPE: Full time/ Permanent

JOB DESCRIPTION:
- Deal with clients and handle any corporate legal matters such as advising on legal issues and providing general legal assistance
- Review, draft and negotiate legal documents and contracts
- Perform legal research into certain legal topics and matters
- Represent law firm and clients before government departments (administrative boards, court trials etc.)
- Provide legal advice for transactions and deals and attend any meetings required
- Improve law firm’s profitability and efficiency using legal practice knowledge
- Consult on legal and program issues to actively manage risks

Requirements

CANDIDATE PROFILE:
- Open to Arabic nationalities
- Male/Female, 40 years old and below

EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:
- Bachelor's degree in Law is required
- Minimum 5 years of work experience as a Legal Consultant with an International Law Firm here in UAE
- Litigation experience is a must
- Must be expert in handling any case independently (end to end) and handling a team
- Excellent knowledge of legal terminology and UAE laws
- Excellent English and Arabic language skills
- Presentable and with excellent communication skills
- UAE driving license is a must
