Job description / Role
Charterhouse is working with a leading real estate developer who specialise in all areas of development, investment and real estate project management. Our client has multiple projects and properties under management and are acquiring new projects on a weekly basis. They are looking to hire an outgoing, charismatic Architect to be responsible for one of their prestigious retail properties based in Dubai.
As the Architect, you will be involved in all aspects of the day-to-day operations of the development team to include design and feasibility. You will be responsible for informing and delivering the design strategy to enable the business to make timely and effective decisions as well as constructability to shape the procurement strategy and deliver programme value. You will also manage the overall design process aligned to project deliverables and gateways.
Requirements
The successful candidate should have solid and standalone property management experience. It is essential you are an Arabic speaker, yet are able to communicate in perfect written and spoken English. You should be a charismatic candidate that can interact with people and clients alike. This is an excellent opportunity to join one of the leading real estate advisories in the Middle East.
