Responsibilities:
Design Architects
* Assist in the initial concept stages and renderings
* Turn complex briefs into powerful architectural offerings by presenting solutions to clients
* Take initial conceptual design through later progressive design stages
Technical (Project) Architects
* Ensure effective coordination between the teams and projects
* Lead the project through design development to more technical phases and schematics
* Ensure teams meet schedules and budgets
Requirements
* Degree in MSc Architecture
* Experience in mixed-use or large-scale retail projects
* Experience in Middle Eastern projects
* Design Skills: Revit, AutoCAD, SketchUp, Rhino
