Job description / Role
Seeking a mid-level architect/CAD technician with at least three years post graduate experience working in the f&B and/or hospitality sectors producing detailed designs for restaurants and similar outlets.
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Prepare and develop architectural detailing
- Coordinate with concept, interior specification and product development teams to integrate designs
- Manage timelines
- Be able to travel to sites to ensure design intent
Requirements
- Bsc in Architecture
- Min 3 years exp
- AutoCad
- Sketch up
- Octane or 3D Max
The ideal candidate will be detailed with the ability to take the concept and create detailed drawing packs ready for contractors to price. Needs to be able speak fluent English and hold a valid UAE driving licence and have a vehicle.
