Architectural Draftsman

Job description / Role

• To prepare schematic design as per the approved concept designs in co-ordination with the Architect Engineer and follow all related instructions.
• To prepare detail design master copy and reporting related issues to concerned Engineers.
• To follow OBE CAD standards for the preparation of detail drawings.
• To follow the project program for the detailing stage and the timeline of the project.
• To prepare revised drawings as per instructions and local authority requirements.
• To revise and register drawing revisions at all stages of the project.
• To prepare drawings for the Dubai Municipality submission as per instructions from the project coordinator.
• To revise drawings as per comments from the quality control unit.
• To follow filing and archiving systems.

Salary:
AED 5,000 to 7,000 per month inclusive of fixed allowances.

Requirements

• Bachelors degree
• 5 + years' experience with computer-assisted drawing (CAD) software.
• 5 + years' experience with Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and Project.
• Minimum 5-year experience with Photoshop and InDesign.
• Outstanding communication skills.
• Autocad, Photoshop, Revit
