Architectural Draughtsman

Job description / Role

- To prepare drawings for Dubai Municipality submission as per instructions from the project coordinator.
- To revise drawings as per comments from quality control unit.
- To follow filing and archiving systems.
- To prepare schematic design as per the approved concept designs in co-ordination with the Architect Engineer and follow all related instructions.
- To prepare detail design master copy and reporting related issues to concerned Engineers.
- To follow Company CAD standards for preparation of detail drawings.
- To follow the project program for the detailing stage and the timeline of the project.
- To prepare revised drawings as per instructions and local authority requirements.
- To revise and register drawing revisions at all stages of the project.

Requirements

- Degree in Architect  Draftsman’s
- At least 3-5 years related experience
- Experienced in Engineering/Consultants Industries
