Job description / Role
Charterhouse is working with a prestigious multinational Automotive organisation who is looking to hire an Area After Sales Manager to join their team here in Dubai.
As the Area After Sales Manager you will be involved in the strategic development of the aftersales business with the aim of increasing, KPI’s, customer satisfaction as well as promoting and protecting the brand. In addition, you will develop and identify training requirements for dealer personnel. Your prime responsibilities will be focused towards performance management, brand development, and network relationship for the UK dealer Partners.
You will be responsible for analysing and identifying opportunities to improve dealer / authorised repairer performance. You will devise and implement action plans, monitor and report on progress. You will liaise with different departments, across the business including the Regional Sales team, the Academy, Sales and Marketing, Parts and Accessories, as well as Warranty and Network Development.`
Requirements
The successful candidate should be Degree educated or have at least 5 years of substantial experience in the automotive sector, ideally within a dealership. Due to the scope of the role extensive travel will be required across GCC and Europe.
