Job description / Role
Quest is working with a leading salon business in the Middle East, looking for an Area Manager to join their team in the United Arab Emirates (UAE). They are looking for Gulf-based candidates with at least 5 years of managerial experience.
As an Area Manager, you will:
- Lead and manage sales operations for multiple salon branches
- Oversee day-to-day store operations, manage budgets, define sales objectives, and forecast sales volume and profit (P&L)
- Analyze monthly reports and monitor competitor activities
- Ensure branches’ compliance with company policy and standards
- Recruit, manage, and develop branch staff
Requirements
- GCC or UAE based
- Bachelor’s degree, with at least 5 years’ experience in similar capacity
- Experience as an Area Manager in the Beauty industry
- Strong interpersonal and business development skills
- Strong leadership and motivational skills
- Excellent English verbal and written communication skills
- Female required (due to the nature of the role)
