Area Sales Manager - Middle East (Access Control & Automation)
An opportunity has arisen with a multinational specializing in access controls and Automation. Due to rapid growth in the Middle East, they are looking to recruit a couple of ASM's to be based out of the Dubai HQ and operate at a regional level
Reporting to the Sales Director - Middle East, the Area Sales Manager will be responsible for Project Sales covering Residential, Commercial and Industrial Projects across the Gulf Countries.
You will be responsible to strategise and put in place a plan to map upcoming and existing projects in the region, staying on top of the competition and winning over deals that in turn maximize revenue and increase brand recognition.
Building on relationships with Consultants, Contractors and Architects would be where a majority of your efforts would go in, hence its of prime importance that you already have a good understanding of the market and have been dealing with these decision makers.
Requirements
- You should have a Bachelor's Degree with about 4-6 years of Project Sales (building materials/access control/parking solutions etc.) experience in the UAE/GCC
- Have a strong relationship with leading Consultants, contractors and architects in the country
- Sound knowledge of preparing quotations, tenders etc. with experience winning over residential/commercial projects and delivering solid revenue results to the business
- Excellent communication and presentations skills in English are a must
- U.A.E. Drivers licence
