Area Sales Manager - Travel Retail - UAE
The Area Sales Manager will be accountable for all commercial activities for a portfolio of beauty brands across travel retail in the UAE.
Reporting to the Business Director, your primary responsibilities will be to:
- Drive the sales plan and strategy for a portfolio of beauty brands across Travel Retail in the UAE
- Manage a team of over 25 Beauty Advisors
- Manage the marketing calendar, promotions, launches and merchandising
- Analyse the brands' performance and identify opportunities for growth
- Strengthen and maintain an excellent relationship with the travel retail operators in the UAE
Requirements
- Commercial experience in cosmetics and/or luxury goods
- Travel retail experience is highly preferred
- Experience in managing a team
- Strong business acumen and excellent analytical skills
