You will be responsible for managing the visual merchandising and store teams in a given area in order to deliver commercially effective visual standards. The standards you set will support brand marketing initiatives, including store layouts and window displays, thereby contributing to the achievement of the brand sales targets. Further, you will implement processes and procedures to deliver best practice across all stores in your area by creating and maintaining excellent team and cross-functional working relationships.

Requirements

* A retail professional currently operating at Area Visual Merchandising Manager level
* At least 3 years' proven multi-site visual merchandising management experience
* Fashion retail or Health & Beauty VM experience
* Knowledge of key VM processes and principles
* A strong understanding of VM guideline implementation
* The ability to develop and motivate a team
* Good interpersonal and networking skills, with high levels of energy, creativity and enthusiasm
* Strong IT proficiency.
