Job description / Role
We are looking for a talented Art Director to join the brand new advertising agency in Dubai.
Key Responsibilities:
- Working on ATL and BTL advertising campaigns including online /offline materials.
- Develop an understanding of clients’ businesses, brands and consumers
- Provide creative ideas that fit clients’ needs
- Assist the creative team in developing the visual appearance of campaigns.
- Brainstorm ideas with the creative team and assist in creating and developing concepts.
- Conduct basic research to stay up to date with latest communication trends.
- Coordinate with production to ensure feasibility of ideas.
- Manage a team of visualizers and designers to achieve set goals effectively.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in an Art or Design.
- At least 4 years of experience in International advertising agency.
- Excellent aesthetic judgment.
- Strong leadership skills to oversee the work of other artists.
- Creativity and superb communication to develop products that meet clients' needs.
- Ability to prioritize work and manage deadlines.
