Asset Manager

Job description / Role

Charterhouse is working in partnership with a notable private organisation with strong links across the region. They are looking to hire an experienced asset management professional to assist with new investments and existing portfolio management.

The Asset Manager will play a pivotal role in shaping and developing an impressive property portfolio. This role will work very closely with the Head of Asset Management on the portfolio construction and strategy, looking at new investments and also potential disposals.

In addition, this role will also take ownership of the full property management aspects and work very closely with the facilities management team performing secondary leasing duties.

Requirements

To be considered for this role, the successful candidate must possess at least 7-10 years’ experience within asset management, having ideally worked within a consultancy environment previously. This role is very much suited to a strong all-round Asset Manager with solid experience of managing a large portfolio of diversified property.
