Senior Asset Manager - Hospitality & Leisure - UAE National

Client is a leading International Real Estate Developer based in Abu Dhabi. They are looking for an experienced Asset Manager to join their team.

Reporting to the Director of Hospitality & Leisure Asset Management you will be responsible for managing the P&L and Balance Sheet of Hospitality and Leisure Assets, Periodic reporting of hospitality and leisure asset performance and interfacing with other Asset Managers and external parties/consultants on asset synergies, marketing and business optimisation.

Requirements

You will have at least 8+ years’ experience in an asset management/finance/revenue management related role within the Hospitality sector or Managing Consultant with Hospitality clients. You will have had exposure to marketing and resort/destination management as well as possess exceptional analytical/financial modelling skills.

You will hold a bachelor’s degree in hospitality/property management, engineering or business economics.
